Measuring 10 inches long, the Wusthof 1040133126 (formerly Wusthof 4532-7) ham slicer enables users to cut slices off large shanks. Designed with a hollow edge, the knife releases meat slices as it cuts, preventing them from sticking to the blade. To resist wobbling and loosening, it’s made with a full tang and a riveted polymer handle. The blade features a high carbon content for increased strength, and it’s stain resistant to maintain a clean appearance.
